Employees must use these systems appropriately, professionally, and securely. Unauthorized software downloads, access to inappropriate websites, and sharing confidential information over insecure platforms are strictly prohibited.

14. Whistleblower Policy

AMPC encourages employees to report in good faith any suspected wrongdoing, fraud, ethical misconduct, or violations of laws and regulations. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. Concerns should be reported promptly to management, human resources, or anonymously through designated reporting channels.

15. Record Retention Policy

Accurate and secure recordkeeping is vital for operational, legal, and financial purposes. Employees are responsible for ensuring that records are maintained in compliance with applicable retention schedules and that obsolete documents are disposed of securely and appropriately to protect sensitive information.
